These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the rules for accessing and using AI Girl Guides at https://aigirlguides.com (the “Site”). By opening or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If any of this doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility & 18+ requirement

The Site holds and links to adult, 18+ material. You're only allowed to use it if you're at least 18 (or older, if that's the legal adult age where you are) and adult content is lawful in your location. Using the Site is you confirming you meet those conditions. If you don't, leave straight away.

2. About the Site — independent directory

AI Girl Guides is a self-standing editorial directory that reviews, ranks and links out to third-party 18+ AI apps and tools. We don't make those tools ourselves. None of the third-party platforms we list are owned, run, hosted or controlled by us, and we're not answerable for their content, features, uptime, pricing or behaviour. Anything you buy from a third-party tool is a deal strictly between you and that provider.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree that you won't:

• Use it while under 18, or anywhere adult content is against the law.
• Copy, scrape, re-post or resell our content without our say-so.
• Try to disrupt, damage, overload or break into the Site without authorisation.
• Put the Site to any unlawful, infringing or harmful use.
• Feed false, misleading or malicious information through our forms.

4. Affiliate relationships

5. No warranty on third-party tools or content

Everything on the Site comes “as is” and “as available”, for general information and nothing more. We test the tools we review, but platforms keep shifting, so we give no warranties — spoken or implied — as to how accurate, complete, reliable, safe or fit-for-purpose our content or any third-party tool might be. Using any third-party tool is at your own risk and falls under that provider's own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The original content, branding and design on the Site belong to AI Girl Guides and are protected by the relevant laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks stay the property of their owners and appear here purely to identify them and for editorial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, neither AI Girl Guides nor its team will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any lost data, revenue or profit, tied to your use of the Site or of any third-party tool we link to — no matter whether the claim rests on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal basis. Where liability can't be ruled out, it's capped at the greatest extent the law permits.

8. Indemnification

You agree to cover and hold AI Girl Guides harmless against any claims, losses or costs that stem from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Revisions take effect once posted, and we'll refresh the “Last updated” date above. Sticking with the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by, and read in line with, the laws of the place where AI Girl Guides is based [governing-law placeholder — to be specified], setting aside any conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting there.
